Being part of QuadSci has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my professional career, not only because of the technology we build but also because of the talented and supportive people I get to work with every day.

## What's your background?

My academic background combines chemistry and software engineering, which gives me a unique perspective when building technology for scientific and data-driven environments. As a full-stack developer, I have experience working with technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Vue.js, HTML, CSS, Python, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, Git, and cloud-based development workflows.

Throughout my career, I have built and maintained systems that help automate logistics operations for transportation companies, improving the management of drivers, vehicles, routes, and operational resources. I enjoy working across the entire development lifecycle, from designing intuitive user interfaces to implementing backend services and database solutions that support scalable and reliable applications.

## What are you building right now?

Right now, I am focused on the development and maintenance of the Cohorts and Growth applications. My work involves building new features, improving existing functionality, optimizing user experiences, and ensuring the reliability and scalability of the platform. I also collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and continuously enhance the product.

## What does accurate and useful intelligence look like to you?

Accurate and useful intelligence helps people make better decisions and take meaningful action. Accuracy is essential, but it is only part of the equation. Information becomes truly valuable when it is presented in a way that is clear, relevant, and easy for users to understand and apply. Even the most sophisticated model is limited if its outputs are difficult to interpret or act upon.
