After studying Bionics Engineering in school, he worked in highly regulated industries like healthcare and finance to apply his engineering prowess to complex challenges that help people make better decisions. He's helping to shape the early stages of Growth AI training across our various clients. ## Why QuadSci? Data science and AI are fast-moving, hype-heavy industries right now. Amid that growing sea of information, QuadSci stands out as a benchmark for how to use the full power of AI and ML, not just a slice of it, to create real impact instead of just selling hype. I deeply relate to QuadSci's philosophy, and I love working side by side with some of the best talent I've met. ## What's your background? I hold a degree in Bionics Engineering, specializing in Biorobotics and Artificial Intelligence. I've worked on health research projects, as well as in the financial industry and highly regulated compliance environments. My engineering approach, inspired by nature and biological processes, is what makes my solutions unique, simple, and effective. ## What are you building right now? I'm a DataML Engineer at QuadSci. One of the biggest challenges in this role is understanding what makes each client unique through their data, and figuring out how to shape and adapt it so QuadSci can deliver the impact it's known for, giving clients a real shot at growth and expansion. Right now, I'm working on the early stages of processing and training Growth AI across different clients. ## What does accurate and useful intelligence look like to you? A model can have the best performance and be the most powerful ever built, but if it doesn't connect with the business or solve a real need, the best metric in the world means nothing. A model that matters is one that helps you make better decisions. The best solutions live right at the intersection of engineering and business. ## One thing people should know about you I'm a musician, I love playing drums and bass. It's my go-to way to decompress, but it also teaches me a lot about who I am at work. No matter how technically skilled a musician is, if they don't connect with the audience or with the music itself, they won't create that feeling music is meant to spark deep inside us. Being a good musician means connecting your heart and soul to your hands, playing something that might be technically simple, but that resonates with what people actually want to hear. That's exactly what defines me as an engineer.
