Employee Spotlight: Lev Parker

Lev Parker is helping build QuadSci's private equity and venture capital partnerships. With a background in enterprise sales and investor-led GTM strategies, Lev is focused on helping PE and VC firms uncover growth opportunities, mitigate churn, and accelerate value creation across their portfolios. Below, he shares what drew him to QuadSci, the opportunity for investors, and his philosophy on strong opinions, loosely held.
Why QuadSci?
I was immediately interested in our ethos; GTM should be smarter and more accurate for everyone involved - the seller, the buyer, and the customer who’s already paying. Too much of GTM today runs on inaccurate information and lagging indicators. Excessive outbounds compensate and gut-feel decisions from leadership try to correct poor data issues, ultimately resulting in inefficient GTM motions that leave value uncovered and turn relationship management into a lifeline instead of the best aspect of being a GTM operator.
Why not start at the origin? Why not start from within? QuadSci flips the entire landscape by identifying where the value lies and the path toward it. Analyzing telemetry data, what customers actually do, and the commercial choices they make, identifies the value they are getting from your software so you can best support them. That’s an epic win for all parties. Mitigating churn and identifying growth opportunities with 90% accuracy 9-18 months in advance is unprecedented and phenomenal outright. I especially appreciate how these insights help companies better understand themselves, their position in the market, and how they want to structure their teams and grow their business.
That lights me up. Who wouldn’t want that? Who wouldn’t want to better align all parties and capture value?
The timing is also right. Every software company is sitting on telemetry data it barely uses and boards care more about predictable revenue than ever. We’re at the beginning of a permanent categorical shift in trust and preparedness in GTM motions. I want to lead this progress and am thrilled to do so at an AI-native company with such a stellar team.
What's your background?
My background is varied, but I’ve honed my GTM expertise to investor partnerships (PE & VC) and enterprise sales. I’ve built multiple partnership programs and utilized a data-informed approach (often telemetry-based) to develop portfolio-based GTM motions. I’ve driven strategic sales initiatives across the C-suite leveraging investors, operating partners, and board-member engagements. I’ve run business development and sales motions across all market segments and multiple verticals but my focus is Enterprise SaaS. The motions might take different forms but ultimately the fundamentals ring true; add value, engage interest, set up the win, and be a great human.
What opportunity are you most fired up about?
I’m most fired up when I think about how operating teams at Private Equity firms can significantly increase and shorten their time to value creation. Post-acquisition, to be able to immediately assess growth opportunities and churn mitigation and implement account-based plans with ease is a game-changer. Insights of this magnitude can be truly transformational to Private Equity due diligence, company onboarding, post-investment growth, and even investment thesis. Nurturing operating teams into retention and growth experts is my particular north star.
What does winning look like for a customer?
Winning for the customer is clarity, confidence, and agency, which results in increased revenue. Understanding where each customer is getting value from your software, 9-18 months in advance, brings clarity at all levels of your business including how you structure your teams, orient your GTM initiatives, and plan your business growth, especially when you can do so with 90% accuracy. Having all this intel packaged into generative AI makes it actionable and seamlessly feeds into existing workflows so you don’t have to overhaul everything you know to get to where you want to be.
One thing people should know about you
My personal ethos is strong opinions, loosely held. I’m curious, earnest, and expect people to show up. I value how people think much more than what they think and I’m always interested in a conversation.
