At QuadSci.ai, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting any information we obtain from customers. This Privacy Policy describes our practices with respect to customer data that may be collected when customers use our applications.

Self-Hosted Model

QuadSci's product is delivered as a self-hosted application that runs entirely within the customer's environment. As such, QuadSci does not collect, process, or store customer production data in our infrastructure. All customer data remains fully under the customer's control, including where it is stored, how it is backed up, and how it is secured.

Telemetry and Diagnostic Information

QuadSci collects limited telemetry and diagnostic information to support troubleshooting and improve product functionality. This data is protected under QuadSci's security policies. If customer data is required for research and development purposes, it may only be exported into QuadSci-managed infrastructure with the explicit approval of the customer, and in such cases the data is always anonymized and reviewed before transfer.

Support for Customer Privacy

QuadSci assists customers in the configuration and secure deployment of the application in alignment with their data protection, privacy, and compliance requirements. We provide guidance, best practices, and security features to ensure the product operates in accordance with industry-standard privacy and security controls.

Policy Maintenance

QuadSci reviews this Privacy Policy at least annually and updates it as needed to reflect changes in our products, security practices, or applicable laws.
