QuadSci’s marketing leader on sharpening the GTM narrative, building pipeline and why reliable predictions beat directional data.

Me at Gainsight Pulse
Mike runs marketing at QuadSci. His work focuses on sharpening the go-to-market narrative and activating the channels that turn the company’s predictive technology into pipeline. Here, he talks about why the pressure on NRR drew him in, what accurate intelligence means to him, and the one thing his kids think he’s wrong about.
QuadSci has a great product with a real technical moat and the right market timing. The pressure on NRR in SaaS is real and critical. New capital is harder to secure, and software companies need to find reliable avenues to durable revenue. For a marketer, that’s a great combination of market fit and dynamics.
My background is a mix of content, brand and demand but I strive every day to be a well rounded-sm 4P marketer. I think a lot about where QuadSci fits in a very fast moving marketplace full of category heavyweights, new AI challengers and a reordering of how revenue goals are met in SaaS.
My career case study! QuadSci is very powerful technology, and I’m constantly working to sharpen the GTM narrative and activate the right channels to generate pipeline. I spend a lot of time thinking about shortlists, how LLMs are reshaping buyer behavior and how to grow the QuadSci brand.
There’s directional data and then there’s actionable data. I’ve marketed intelligence companies that produced interesting and directional intelligence. QuadSci is something else. There’s a straight line between the predictions and customer intelligence and what teams can do with it. That only works if the accuracy of the model is reliable and every time we onboard a new customer, we prove how reliable the predictions are through back-testing. I love that and the commitment to be transparent and trustworthy in our tech and our marketing.
I love to cook. I think I’m pretty good at it. My kids think otherwise.
