Our Story & Values

Engineering growth for Software companies from oceans of telemetry data.

    Our Story

Sean Murray and Dan Harmeson have spent 15 years obsessed with one question: how can B2B software companies get smarter about their customers?

Sean's background is leading Sales, Services, and CS teams. Dan's run Sales, Solutions, Services, and Ops teams. And alongside them, Maggie Bartels has been deep in the data world, pulling intelligence out of massive datasets. Different paths, but they all kept seeing the same thing: software companies are drowning in telemetry data… and almost none of them know what to do with it.

Telemetry is the biggest dataset any software company has. Every click, API call, feature use—it's all telemetry. Millions of signals per customer, billions across the base. If you analyze it the right way, it tells you everything: adoption patterns, churn risk, even hidden growth.

Instead of leveraging this ground truth, teams relied on gut instinct or brittle, one-off analyses. That led to bias, half-truths, and decision paralysis—just when customers were expecting more and AI was supposed to be making everyone smarter.

Sean and Dan's conviction was simple: a software company will only be as successful as its customers are in using its product. But even with oceans of telemetry, no one had the tools to turn that into true intelligence.

That frustration is what sparked QuadSci.

QuadSci exists to unlock telemetry. We bring scientific management to GTM so teams can spot risks they'd otherwise miss and opportunities hiding in plain sight. The goal: move software companies from reactive guesswork to confident, data-driven growth.

    Our Values

    1.

    Make It Great

We expect the best of one another. We strive to perform for each other so that we are greater than the sum of our parts.

We acknowledge, respect and thrive in competition of ideas, products, styles, services and experiences. Competition forges quality. Pay it forward and Make it Great for our Customers & QuadSci.

    2.

    Own It

There is a distinct satisfaction in origination and creativity. We use that satisfaction as fuel to finish what we start, do as we say, and orchestrate the outcomes we envision.

We specialize in solutions not problems. Owning it doesn't guarantee success but it guarantees that we learn.

    3.

    Keep Learning

People, culture, companies, technology and AI/ML are evolving and advancing every day. What we know today or mastered yesterday is not enough. To be the best for each other and our customers we keep our ears, eyes and minds open.

We value knowledge gained simple and intricate, lessons learned easy and hard.

    4.

    Good Human

QuadSci is nothing more than the people we consist of. We have the potential to inspire, innovate, perform, bring the fun and show passion.
